The geographic location of this 300 sqm penthouse located on the heights at north of Tehran, made it possible to consider a dedicated roof garden space for it.

Javaherian penthouse project, due to its very specific geographical location, is one of our interior design projects to focus the attention from inside to the outside to provide an exceptional view. 

One of the important challenges in designing the layout plan of this project was the placement of the staircase towards the roof garden, which was difficult due to the extreme height of the roof and the need to provide 26 steps to place the long staircase in the open layout plan and find the best possible position for it.

 The longitudinal portions of vertical and horizontal plain wall and ceiling surfaces provide some visual zoning affects separating different areas in the open layout plan. 

The materials used in this project like the handmade bricks at the ceiling and micro cement for the finish floor surrounded by plain white surfaces, provide a fusion vibe and convergent contrast atmosphere among the modern interior as a proper platform to display handmade furniture and fine antiques and art works and Persian carpets. 

The structure of the roof is implemented as a traditional method of multiplication arch to make the exposure of the kiln bricks play a major role as an effective part of the integrated identity of this project.
