The design brief was reasonably open so we had a very blank canvas in the main, both our company and the client believe in the importance of a cohesive team so we decided to go with: Modern, Transparent, Collaborative, Vibrant and a treat for all employees in this shared space. 

Thankfully everyone is now just a wave or smile away in a happy, successful and unified team environment.

Panoramic view in this space was one of the valuable potentials that was considered as an important principle for maximising the use of view and natural light during the day and reducing energy consumption and maintaining the sustainability as much as we could as the main concept of the design. 

To achieve this goal, the maximum transparency and fluidity in the space was followed through the linear

Transparency as the initial idea and also the main slogan of SCO Holding in the executive hierarchy is the main conceptual and visual element of this project’s concept. Therefore, the initial layout was based on glass partitions and open plan spaces, and several offices were arranged along the longitudinal axis to benefit from natural light and cityscape view alike.

To create privacy within this transparency we placed a colourful stand alone 'office within an office' pod as an accent focal point to provide a space for internal relations and meetings alongside a full size boardroom with retractable doors with controllable smart glass flawlessly incorporated naturally. Multiple offices for all the various team members, a unique reception area with 'petal' theme throughout the whole design and attention to detail in elements such as the individual illuminated marble combine to complete a very special space.
